Refund Policy

• We are offering 3 day return policy for unused and unworn items. we ask customers to bear the cost of return shipping and this cost will be adjusted against the refund amount.
• Please note that currently we are not offering free shipping on international returns.
• To be eligable for return your product must be unused and unworn , with tags and in its original packaging.

Mandatory Criteria for Return

• Return request has to be raised within 2 days from the delivery date.
• Product should be unused with all tags intact.
• The packaging should have original invoice , packaging and tags in place.
• Here should not be any scratches and deformities on the product.

Important

• Please note that below products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We cannot accept return for size reason, as it has been mentioned in the product description.
• Any item that shown color differnces or size issue will not be accepted under this policy.
• We take all the photos in day light with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in color as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and color settings.
• We have mentioned size for all products in our website under every product description.
• If customer still wants to go for refund then shipping cost will be applicable to customer.
• If Forever Jewels is satisfied that the product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the product.
